MarginHalo analyzes commercial metrics relating to Shopify and Shopify Collective, including product margins, realized contribution, cost changes, discounts, shipping costs, payment fees, refunds and cancellations. Results depend on information available through Shopify and merchant configuration. Source data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or subsequently changed. Values that cannot be reliably determined can be marked missing, incomplete or estimated. Missing costs are not treated as zero merely because they are unavailable.
An alert means MarginHalo identified a relevant condition from the information available at that time. Absence of an alert does not guarantee profitability or absence of economic risk. MarginHalo is an analysis, monitoring and information tool; commercial decisions remain the merchant's responsibility.
MarginHalo does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment or individualized business advice. Displayed metrics are operational analysis metrics and should not automatically be treated as statutory accounting, tax or financial-statement figures.
TrueBuildStudio aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free availability. Shopify or other external services can affect functionality. MarginHalo is an independent application and is not a Shopify product.
TrueBuildStudio has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and where liability is mandatory by law. For slight negligence involving breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable, contract-typical damage. To the extent permitted by law, liability for other damage caused by slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory liability, including culpable injury to life, body or health and applicable product liability legislation, remains unaffected.
The prices, billing periods, subscription terms and cancellation options displayed for the selected plan apply. Where billing is provided through Shopify, Shopify billing mechanisms are used.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent permissible. Where legally permissible for commercial parties, jurisdiction is Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
